Time Schedule


The project's duration is established with 2 years, in detail from June 2006 until May 2008. Due to administrational regulations the project's end was already in March 2008. Below you find the time schedules planned in the beginning of the project.

The important stations are represented by four “milestones”, which are fixed every six months, June and December, according to the regulations of the Joint Technical Secretariat:


M1 - 31.12.2006: achievement of a common understanding of MONITOR objectives of all project partners, completion of basic principles of the projects base methodology as well as analyses in terms of risk management.

M2 - 30.06.2007: base methodology in exposure to different stakeholders in risk governance; investigations of information gaps within the current risk management procedures as well as definition of pilot scenarios and selection of test beds.

M3 - 31.12.2007: information collection, monitoring and risk exposure; activities in the field of risk communication and risk prevention as well as first implementation results and considerations about instruction materials.

M4 - 31.03.2008: results within practical guide for risk exposure definition and risk communication with emphasis on evaluation and recommendation for further actions on different implementation levels.
